Women’s Association: Power Flow Yoga to Celebrate Rosh Chodesh

Join fellow TBJ member and yoga teacher Lisa Kehr for a morning of meditation, mindfulness, strength and flexibility:

This class is a fast-paced, intense style of yoga that emphasizes the flow between poses and connecting breath with movement. It’s inspired by Ashtanga yoga and combines its athleticism with the flow of Vinyasa. It’s a full-body workout that focuses on building strength, endurance, and flexibility through challenging poses. It can help burn calories, increase heart rate and oxygen intake. It can also help reduce the risk and severity of injuries and improve range of motion.

Yogurt, granola and coffee will be provided following the class.

Cost: $18 per person
