Welcome to our Playschool 2’s Program

Children turning 2 years old by October 1

We are proud to offer creative programming and enriching experiences in our warm and nurturing synagogue community for children who turn two years old by October 1st. Options include our 3 day a week or our 5 day Playschool 2’s Program. Our Playschool 2’s Program offers a daily “Playschool Plus Program” which includes an additional hour with extra programming and lunchtime.

We focus on providing each child a warm, dynamic, and positive early learning experience. With a strong emphasis on social and emotional development, our Playschool Two’s program is an introduction to a structured school setting and an excellent way for children to begin their life-long love of learning. 

Our uniquely designed Playschool curricula is play-based and age and developmentally appropriate. Our skilled educators teach with intentionality, using a multi-sensory approach, tapping into the strengths of each child, while working on emerging skills.  All Playschool activities are geared toward positive social interaction, promoting executive functioning skills, with a strong focus on expressive and receptive language skills. Through imaginative play, games, art experiences, songs, rhymes and fingerplays, children’s literature, sports, Hebrew, Spanish, music, and creative movement, our children explore and discover their natural curiosity and develop confidence. Children enjoy a wonderful introduction to their Jewish heritage through the celebration of Shabbat and Jewish Holidays, Mitzvot, Tikkun Olam, Music and Hebrew.

Monday & Wednesday 8:45 am-11:30 am
Friday 8:45 am-12:00 pm

 

FIVE DAY PLAYSCHOOL:

Monday-Thursday 8:45 am-11:30 am
Friday 8:45 am-12:00 pm

PLAYSCHOOL PLUS PROGRAM:

Monday-Thursday 11:30 am-12:30 pm
