Give

Celebrate a friend or family, honor those who have passed, or simply say thank you. Here you can find various ways to show support for the TBJ community.

Annual Giving

Donate

Our Annual Giving campaign bridges the gap between the revenue from Temple dues, tuition and various fees, and our expenses to run Temple operations on a day-to-day basis. It offsets ongoing and unexpected expenses and is vital to reaching our budgetary goals which enable us to maintain the high quality programs and services that have been central to the tradition of our congregation.

Tributes

Donate

Celebrate a friend or family, honor those who have passed, or simply say thank you by sending a tribute. When you make a Tribute we will send an acknowledgment to the member, family or friend you designate. Your donation ($10 minimum) also will be listed in our monthly email to the congregation.

High Holy Day Prayer Book Dedication

Donate

A book plate will be added to one set of prayer books, which includes one book for Rosh Hashanah and one book for Yom Kippur.

TBJ Stands with Israel

Learn More

The atrocities since October 7th have emboldened our TBJ community to support and create long-term impact in our Homeland. After trips to Israel and careful consideration, our TBJ leaders have determined that our resources will be most impactful through a partnership with Kibbutz Nir Oz. We are raising an unprecedented $1 million for this partnership. A $500,000 dollar-for-dollar match has been established thanks to the generosity of the Cooperman Family. This partnership will have a deep, lasting impact on both communities. TBJ will serve as an inspirational example for other Jewish faith communities to follow our lead.

Legacy Society

Learn More

The TBJ Legacy Society (Endowment Fund) has been established to fortify the future of TBJ. TBJ is thriving in part because of the investment that members of the community have made over the last 173+ years. One can make an investment in TBJ’S future by including Congregation B’nai Jeshurun in their estate plans.
