College Scholarship 

The Ruth and Nathaniel Cohen Scholarship Fund will award two scholarships of $5,000 each academic year to an undergraduate student in our congregation. The qualifications include financial need, academic excellence, and a commitment to Judaism. The deadline to apply for this scholarship is May 1 of each year.

Israel Scholarship

For high school students looking to participate in an organized trip to Israel. The Fred & Lillian Zissu Scholarship Fund will provide funding to help subsidize the trip to Israel.

Scholarship for School

The Mark Heller Support Fund will award scholarships of $1,000 per student for students in need of assistance in covering tuition for The Rabbi Barry H. Greene Early Childhood Center and our Religious Education Center.

Our ECC participates in the Greater MetroWest Federation’s grant program, made possible by the generosity of The Cooperman Family Fund for a Jewish Future. Click the button below to see if your family is eligible to apply to receive a $1,000 or $500 grant.

 

Our Early Childhood Center participates in Jewish Federation of Greater MetroWest NJ’s Right Start Program. According to the guidelines of this new program set by MetroWest, here are some important criteria indicating eligibility for the GMW Right Start voucher:

  • This child must be the first child in your family to attend a Jewish Early Childhood program in Greater MetroWest NJ. Children previously enrolled in an Infant/Toddler/Transition program are eligible.
  • The child must be a member of a family where at least one parent or guardian identifies as Jewish, regardless of background, knowledge, family make-up, or observance, and whether affiliated, unaffiliated, interfaith, or non-traditional.
  • You must be enrolling in a GMW Right Start School for the 2024-2025 school year.
  • Your family must reside in the Jewish Federation of Greater MetroWest’s area (Essex, Morris, Sussex, Union, and parts of Somerset counties).
  • Your child must be enrolled in an ECC program *where the child attends independently and meets three or five days per week.
