You can have TBJ at your fingertips with the ShulCloud app, giving you easier access to find member contact information, event registrations and more!

Features on the app include:

  • Watch Archived Services – Easy access to links to view past services

  • Payments – Make an account payment or donation

*Please Note: ECC families are still encouraged to use the Directory Spot App for ECC class information.

1) If you used our app from several years ago…

Uninstall the Old Mobile Member App

New to the App:

iPhone

• • Touch and hold the app on the Home Screen
  • Tap Remove App
  • Tap Delete App
  • Tap Delete to confirm.

Android

• • Open the Google Play Store app
  • Tap the Profile icon in the top right
  • Tap Manage apps and devices
  • Select the app you want to uninstall

2) Download the [new] Mobile Member App

• • On a smart device navigate to the App Store or to Google Play
  • Either link will lead you to the ShulCloud Member App.
  • Select Install
  • After the installation is done, select Open.

 

3) Sign In to the Mobile Member App

Once the Mobile Member App is installed, a screen to enter an email address and password is displayed. The option to enable Face ID or Touch ID for iPhones, depending on the version, is available.

The email address and password to be used are the same as the login credentials used for the web version of ShulCloud to login to the TBJ website.

IMPORTANT: If a you get a message that your password has expired, you must use a web browser to change your password on our site. Once that’s done, you can sign in to the app with the new password.

4) Edit your own listing in the Membership Directory

• • Within the App, at the bottom of the screen, select Account
  • Scroll down to select Edit My Directory
  • Check or uncheck options.
