Texas Flood Relief:
Support for Families

From New Jersey, our thoughts are with everyone affected by the devastating floods in Central Texas, especially families in Kerr County and at Camp Mystic. Members of the Shalom Austin community are among those impacted, and we’re keeping them in our hearts. We’re hoping for strength and healing for all who are facing loss and beginning to rebuild. If you would like to support Texas during this time, please consider donating to relief efforts.

We selected two options for you to support:

Shalom Austin (which makes up The Jewish Federation, Jewish Community Center, Jewish Family Service, and Jewish Foundation) is raising funds to help families directly impacted by the floods in Central Texas. Every donation will go to provide urgent support and recovery assistance.

Grants from the Kerr County Flood Relief Fund of the Community Foundation of Texas Hill Country (a public charitable foundation that supports nonprofits and local causes in the region) will support nonprofit organizations, first responder agencies, and local governments actively involved in response, relief, and recovery efforts.
